Do your best and then bleach the stain if your carpet is white.
You can get stain carpet remover and it comes out perfectly and if you don't have that try soap and water if that doesn't work then if your carpet is white you can use bleach but only if your carpet is white!!
Try Oxy Clean.
How to remove a carpet stain would depend upon what the stain is. The best way to remove a red wine stain is actually to pour white wine onto it and then blot it up.
Dip a clean white cloth in this solution and continue scrubbing the carpet. Rinse the shoe polish stain with a generous amount of warm tap water and blot dry.
Start from the outside of the stain and work your way in, being careful not to spread the stain onto other areas of the carpet. If you can still see the Kool-Aid stain, mix 2 cups of water with 1 cup of white vinegar.Using this white vinegar solution and a clean white cloth
You can get the blue Windex stain out of a carpet by moistening the stain with water and then applying a good stain remover, such as OxiClean, to the affected area. Allow the stain remover to work for a few minutes, then blot away the excess with a clean cloth. Dampen a soft cloth with water and blot the carpet stain. Make a soapy solution in a bucket using warm water and dish soap. Using a sponge, gently blot the stain then rinse with a damp cloth. Press clean, dry cloths to the carpet and place something heavy over it. This will remove as much of the moisture in the carpet as possible. After several hours, vacuum the carpet.
try shaving cream!!!!! hope it works on your carpet!!!!!
Believe it or not, but white wine is good for cleaning red wine from a carpet. Once the stain is gone, though, be sure to scrub the area with a towel that is pretty wet with water.
