The easiest way is buy crimping pliers. You can find them at any craft store for fairly cheap. To use them you clamp down on the bead once, turn in onto its side, and clamp down on it again.
You can gently tap it with a hammer. You can purchase a Bead Crimper tool for a few dollars.
Try using a crimp bead. Go to a bead shop and perhaps if you buy the crimp beads they will help you with the crimping.
im guessing you mean to prevent them from falling apart. to do this, i usally use crimp tubes. I prefer crimp tubes over crimp beads but that's just my personal preference. If your using memory wire, a memory wire ball will work or just make a mini spiral on the end. Making a spiral on the end of any wire will stop the beads from falling off but this is not a good idea if you want something like a clasp. its easiest to just use crimp tubes or crimp beads for most wires. i like to use two crimp tubes on each end of my wire (for jewelery with clasps. before the clasp) this ensures that if one crimp tube breaks somehow, there is another to hold it together until you can fix it.
Usually I use metal, beads, pliers, wire cutters, beading wire, and crimp supplies.
They are pliers with 2-3 rounded indents on the jaw that will crimp different sizes of bead or electrical connector.
you will be able to get them in the Pandora shop close to you they are not that expensive
