No, No, No. Don't every give any drugs to a cat unless a Vet orders it. Some drugs that are ok for humans will kill a cat.
take it to a vet. The vet might tell you what to do, or you might have to put it down(kill it)

Wait for the cat to poo and then put it in a bag and take it to the vet.
Take your cat to a vet, then let the vet clean your cat with a "special" shower. Basically they put it in a shower and clean it very good!
You should report it to a vet immediatly.
You can buy them and put them on easily by yourself. I'm sure your vet would be willing to help put them on if you want him/her to, though.
THIS IS SERIOUS! TAKE YOUR CAT TO THE VET IMMEDIATELY!
Get it to a vet NOW. My cat has justr been put down, he needs blood thinning drugs.
It all depends on the type of cancer and most importantly- how does it affect his everyday quality of life. I have a horse with cancer. He is now 32 yrs old and has had it over 6 years. Vet checks him regularly and is doing fine. Please consult with your vet to determine what is best course of action for your horse.
Take it to the vet, it is better to do that than to clean it yourself because the vet can tell if it needs stitches or needs to be put on antibiotics from the gash. Also, the vet can tell you how to properly clean the gash on your cat.
