I think I found a solution (I've only tested it on one single website which has the right mouse button disabled): Double click on the picture but don't release the mouse buttin after the second click. Now drag the item/picture a bit and release the mouse button again (just as if you'd like to move a file in windows with drag&drop). Now there should open a new tab/window which just contains the picture you want to save. Now just do the usual right-click-->save picture... I just found a much better solution: "If a dialog box opens whenever you right-click, could can often get around it by the following sequence: Hold the right mouse button, hit enter to close the dialog box, and then release the right mouse button."
secondary mouse button
Mouse over the Farmville gifts Post. Click on the "hide" button that appears to the right, Then click on "Hide Farmville Gifts" button....Voila! Hidden!
You click on the right side of the mouse.
The right mouse button, or any other mouse button, unless user defined, does not have any dragging or marquee selection protocol associated with it like only the left mouse button does. As soon as you release the right button, it is considered a right-click action.

To draw a picture using a mouse, you would typically use the left mouse button to click and hold while dragging the mouse to create lines and shapes. Releasing the button would stop the drawing action. You might also use the right mouse button for additional functions, such as erasing or selecting tools, depending on the drawing software. Zooming in and out can be performed with the scroll wheel for finer details.
On a PCs and Linux the left mouse button is used for clicking, or selecting files ect. The right mouse button is used for opening up menus related to the item for help. There is no right mouse button on Macs, but only the left mouse button with the same functions.
You right-click on the picture and move it to the location you want. When you are finished positioning the picture, release the mouse button.
You point to an item, hold down the right mouse button, move the item to the desired location, and then release the right mouse button.
Button one refers to the left mouse button. Button two is the right mouse click, or, if you're using a mouse without a left and right button, it is shift+click. Button three is pressing down the scroll wheel. Hope this helped! :-)
You hold the right mouse button.
