u can only get it through mods on the PC version of gta sa (there is a glitch that if u kill more than 500 FBI agents an FBI agent will call u and informs u 2 stop, have to go mett him, then kill him, and walla the FBI agent's suit is delivered 2 ur wardrobe in any safehouse)
