You need to become a nerdie by getting full rep points then speak to Polly Normial and she will unlock it for you!!
To play spell champ you have to be a Nerdie and have 8 points. Then your king (Polly) gives you permission to buy the Spell Champ Xizzle from the Club Xizzle door.
You can get into the lobby of the club house by just walking in, but you have to be at level 10 in your rep group to be given the keys to the room belonging to your group within the club house. (I'm told that just standing in the lobby boosts your room score).
The rooms are, from left to right:
Door - Streeties
Stairs down - Nerdies
Stairs up - Richies
Door - Arties
