This is a very difficult task to do if you haven't ever done it before. First you should research how to do it online and then watch a on how to do it. Then you have to get the right screw driver and pay attention to what cables you remove the hard drive from so you can put the new one back in the same place.

Most brands of hard drive will work with a Mac. If you want to run both Mac OS X 10.6 and 10.7 you will need to partition the drive and install a separate operating system into each partition.
I'm not quite sure what you mean, so I'll give you both answers: "How do you use a hard drive for Mac and Windows on the same machine?" On a mac, insert a Windows install CD or DVD, and the computer will ask you if you want to set up windows to run alongside mac. In the process you will partition the hard drive, so you will kind of have a windows hard drive, and a mac hard drive, but on the same disk. "How do you remove a Mac hard drive and put it in a Windows machine?" I am not a technical expert, so you might want to look up "How to remove and install a hard drive". All I know is it probably won't fit, so you might need to buy a hard drive enclosure and run the drive from a USB port. Hope one of these helps! If not, please revise your question

Mac Mini's vary drastically in cost, related to the amount of RAM and the size of the hard drive. Prices range from $140 for a refurbished model with 512 MB of RAM, a 60 GB hard drive, and a 1.5 GHz processor to $2,200 for a new model with 16 GB of RAM, a 16 GB hard drive, and a 2.6 GHz processor. Despite the wide range of prices, an average, middle of the road, Mac Mini model can be found for between $400 and $800.
The hard drive will need to be formatted (rather than completely blank) and then Tiger can be installed on it.
I don't know that anyone has ever actually tried doing so, but it should be possible. Here is basically what you would need to do: 1. Plug the hard drive you want to install Mac OS 8.6 on into your computer. 2. Download WinRawrite (link in Related links section) and make an "image" of the drive. 3. Download and install SheepShaver, a Mac emulator. You will need a copy of Mac OS 8.6 and a Mac ROM file. For legal reasons, i cannot give you a download link to these if you don't have them. 4. When setting up SheepShaver, use the image file you made of your hard drive as the hard disk image. 5. Install Mac OS 8.6 inside SheepShaver. 6. Close SheepShaver. 7. Use WinRawrite to write the image back to the hard drive.
OF COURSE! YES YOU CAN! But if you know how to install it.. I do not know how to install it..
No, you have a Mac Mini using the Power PC G4 processor. Only a Mac running the Intel Processor can run 10.6.8 Snow Leopard. You can however install 10.5.8 Leopard on your Mac Mini.
