It’s very easy to lose 7 pounds in 2 weeks. Here is just ONE thing you have to do in order to lose 7 pounds in 14 days.

There is one method that I use that will reduce weight faster than any other diet method (in my humble opinion)

The one diet trick I use day in and day out is reducing the amount of carbs I have.
