The iOS 6 does not currently support panorama for the iPad. However there is an app called "360 Panorama" which is similar to the iOS 6 version.
you can't that isn't one of the 360 elements

Yes, it does. To activate it open the camera app, tap on the gear in the top left-hand corner. Scroll to Shooting mode in the menu that appears. In the next menu that appears, locate and select Panorama.

Netflix can be viewed on any Xbox 360 console through downloading the video app entitled "Netflix. " Xbox Live Gold and a Netflix subscription are required to use the app.
The Apple iPhone 4 itself (as of iOS 6) does not have a built-in panoramic camera mode. However, there are apps you can download from the App Store that will give you this capability. One example is Microsoft's Photosynth app.
