to make a banana cream pie not watery you could try addign less milk. that's wat i do. i always take 1/4 less milk and it is thicker and not watery. and if you don't put it in the fridge you should certainly do that.

They do make banana ice-cream. ---------------- banana pieces turn black during the ice cream making process, it just doesnt look appetizing. Plus the texture of banana (if pureed) is also not very popular when made into ice cream. although many factories do make banana ice cream and then they use many colourings to change the colour into a baby yellow. although it dosent taste that great
