It would need lots of programming (take a class). If it is based on a trading card game YOU have made, make sure it has completely the same rules. But you can add more cards. Once it's done you need a website you made to put it on, use Google to find how to make the website. Once all that is done go tell your friends about it! It would be better if ONLY members of your site could access the game.
