Ah, you are on Windows XP... there is a way to reset your password but it gets slightly technical:

1) Restart your computer, as soon as it starts back up repeatedly press 'F8', from that select 'safe mode', it should load the basic drivers and your computer will look different (black background..)

2) You should see an account called 'Administrator', now this is not your account, this is the computer's account that is hidden from normal login.. but is an Administrator account.

3) Login, you do not need a password for this account, and change your password by going through user accounts...

4) Once you have made the changes, restart the computer and login as you normally would, your password will be changed to what you changed it to.
