Here you go, I just did this yesterday. Make sure you have your radio code before you remove power. I didn't realize that a code was needed to access the radio after it loses power. Remove the 1993 Toyota decorative radio cover in. Remove the radio retaining screws. Pull the radio out. Remove the wiring harness.

you will need to unscrew your dash and pull off the front plate of your dash, then you will need to unscrew the stock radio, then you will need to go ahead and pull out the adapter from the back of your radio.-Shocker

To remove a stock stereo from a 2005 Honda Civic LX all the mounting bolts need to be off. The center console will have all the necessary screws removed to reach the mounting bolts. When all the bolts are removed the radio unit will slide out.
195/60R15 are the stock size tires on my 2004 Honda Civic.
