Open the rear hatch, then remove the 4 screws holding the lens assembly to the vehicle. Remove the lens assembly by twisting it counter clockwise then pulling it out. Remove the bulb sockets by pressing in and turning counter clockwise then pulling it out. Do the reverse to put it back together.
