Remove the radiator hoses from your 1990 Buick LeSabre radiator. Remove the radiator stabilizing arm retaining bolt. Remove the radiator retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new radiator.
it should be on the bottom engine side of the radiator opposite the lower hose. you may need to remove the plastic sheilding from the bottom to get to it
through the overflow bottle

Drain the radiator, disconnect all hoses from the radiator, remove the fan shroud, loosen all radiator mounting brackets, remove the radiator. Replacement is the opposite order.
The 1990 uses a t50. The 89 is probably the same.

On my 1990 Buick Lesabre it is on the underside of the dash in the middle of the car. Go to you ash tray and look under the dash. There will be a rectangular hole through the plastic and the plug will be in there.
