When you complete an item you are given a link to complete feedback. You can also access your feedback area via your Ebay Account ( MY EBAY )
It isn't really a question about how to find stuff to sell on eBay but more of a question of finding items THAT actually sell. There are tons of people who have tried to sell items they bought wholesale on Ebay and end up with only a few clicks/views.
There is a trick that Power Sellers use to find the "Hot Items". "Hot Items" are those that get alot of views which therefore get alot of buys. The video that explains it is free and if you decide to purchase the software that cost $47. Well worth it considering I made more than that on the first item I sold.
There is a free video that shows you how this is done at http://www.offcost.com/eBay

first leave negative feedback then report them to eBay
when a change happens, positive feedback is a response to that change that encourages the change further, instead of trying to inhibit the change like negative feedback.

To leave feedback, you need to be in a transaction with another eBay member (that is, you need to be either the winning buyer or the seller of an item). You can only leave feedback once for each transaction, although you can also leave a follow-up or reply by going to the Feedback Forum (which you can find by using the link at the bottom of any eBay page). If you are eligible to leave feedback (as above) but are unable to, try again another time.

I would think that the request was not satisfied but am not sure. Any feedback would be welcome.
