Key on position 1. press OK and Accept-Call switch ( on steeringwheel) simultaneous, wait till new screen appears. Then select the right maintenance menu; very easy.

You would have to have service B performed by a authorized Mercedes Benz technician. There is a special laptop they hook up to the cars after these services are performed in order to get rid of that message on your dash. On the CLK 320 Cabrolet you have to perform a series of actions on your dash i.e. reset button etc. to reset the service reminder. There is no plug in for a Mercedes techniciam to reset the reminder.
