If it is petrol then it is probably the ignition timing not set correctly. If it is diesel then it is probably the injection pump timing not set correctly
There are none. The cam needs to be set with a plate and use pins to set the crank and fuel pump pulley.
all u got to do is turn the set scerw in a half turn
As far as I've been told, the idle is set by the pump? So if it's low the pump might need rebuilding soon.
cam is set at 12 oclock ip pump is set at 3oclock crank is 6 oclock a aux is 9 oclock
Diesel Generator Set
How do you set the time & date on diesel watch DZ-7069
Their injection pump is set too rich, and lets more diesel into the engine than the engine can burn. The partially/badly burned diesel is what comes out as black smoke.
Timing on a diesel? your haveing a laugh?
You need to change the seals. You can buy a complete set of seals, or just change the seal that leaks. it is pretty simple and can be done with no special tools. But be aware not to get any dirt into the pump.
clean on the front of the pump on top where it bolts on the motor there are timing marks there line up the long marks to set the timing.
One can set an injector for a 320 diesel marine engine by setting the timing and duration.
