That is not fraud.. there is nothing wrong with that actually unless she is breaking specific homeschool laws in her state. People do not receive government funding or money to homeschool their children..the government does not PAY people or FUND people to homeschool.
first u have to set up an appointment with the home school of your choice. they will tell you that you have to sign out of the current school . go to the school district administration building and sign out of the school not the district cuz they pay for your child to do home school
