The wall is rotted and your pool is unsafe. Time for a new pool.
Yes. An adventure playground.
It was kind of unsafe to put all of those people in danger!
Mesh covers appear to be safer than solid pool covers because of water collection. In the case of solid pool covers, water can collect in puddles, making them unsafe, particularly for young children.
Not necessary but it has happened before.
# The floor was unlevel before the tile was installed. # The thinset was to dry or did not cover the back of the tile 100% # The floor is settling # It was installed onto an improper subfloor
To know the life span of a pile foundation before it becomes unsafe you have to know the materials that were used to make it.
Unsafe
The car is leveling itself out. You can test this theory by letting that noise stop. Then jumping on the bumper will make it unlevel and you will hear the noise again.
This all depends on how "unlevel" it is. Assuming this humps or valleys are not larger then 1" in a 6' radius, than yes most definitely. You of course will still be able to feel this unlevel floor beneath you. The vinyl will only telegraph to the shape of the floor it sits on. If the level issues are greater than this, you still may be able to install vinyl, but it would be hard to say for sure without having a professional looking at it.
It's best if the water is cleaned before you close up the pool.
DO NOT DO THIS!!! UNSAFE!!!!!!!!!! UNSAFE!!!!!!!!!!!! UNSAFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
