Well, using bluetooth over Android is a simple like using it with other phones, you need to swipe your fingers from top of the screen, and you will see bluetooth icon appear over the top, tap over that and bluetooth will be switched "ON", you can also switch on the bluetooth by heading over to Settings>Bluetooth.
