Best Answer

Without water life cannot exist since it has two atoms of hydrogen and one of oxygen, also it helps the blood flow through veins and give the body the much needed oxygen we use to survive . It is also a vital part of us, our brain is 80% water and our body itself is 60-70% water. It is necessary for the digestion and absorption of food; helps maintain proper muscle tone; supplies oxygen and nutrients to the cells; rids the body of wastes; and serves as a natural air conditioning system for both plants and living things.
