In theory people would say that alexander was better but its hard to say. Itwas philip that remodelled the macedonian army making it nearly indefeatable that when he passes on he created the weopon that alexander would use later to conquer the world. In sense alexander was more power hungry hence his policy of fusion. It was such a diffilcult mission that on his death it fell apart.
