It Is made from glaciers, ice like rivers Compacted with snow and melted at the bottom. This makes the ice on the top layer move, that can be detrimental to any obstacles (trees, animals, rocks) in the way of the glacier. It normally leaves a ‘v’ or a ‘u’ shaped valley after It’s ’disturbance’.

God formed it.

Whether or not he did, doesn't answer the question "how?". It was a waterfall related to the Ice Age but I don't know its development in greater detail.

I am not intending to be rude but I do think it’s best if you keep religious views out of ‘this’. Its confusing as your not describing exactly how ‘god’ made it and almost forgetting what glaciers are which can be difficult.
