Specifically, Queen Victoria's great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great grandmother was Margaret Tudor who was married to King James IV of Scotland. Margaret Tudor was the sister of Henry VIII king of England and Queen Elizabeth I's father. Both Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria are descendants of King Henry VII, Queen Elizabeth's grandfather and Queen Victoria's great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great grandfather.

Queen Elizabeth I and Queen Victoria are not directly related to each other they would be distant cousins through their shared ancestry of Henry VII. Elizabeth II though is a different story. Both Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip are the great-great grandchildren of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert.

Elizabeth is a descendant of theirs though their son Albert Edward, while Phillip is related to them through their daughter Alice.

They are not directly related to each other. They would be distant cousins because they were both descendant from Henry VII
