The empire was managed by the evil Emperior Palpatine, who was the sith lord. He ran the accounting and taxation side of the empire, whilst Darth Vadar ran the day-to-day management and controlling of the empire. Although the fall of the empire occured when one called "Luke skywalker" fired a missile into a conbustion vent on the death star and blew it up. Although many believe the fall of the empire occured due to spontaneous combustion.

That was the fall of the Roman Empire.

Did the Mongolians ever win a battle after the great wall of china was made?

Yes. They managed to build a massive empire, not only out of China. Genghis Khan was a chieftain of his tribe. He became chief at 14. He and his horde (Golden Horde) managed to conquer China, Persia and Eastern Europe. The horde also managed to defeat the Chinese and establish their own empire. It was called the Yuan Dynasty by the Chinese. This dynasty lasted about 89 years. The most well known leader of the Yuan Dynasty was Kublai Khan, grandson of Genghis Khan. He managed to conquer some more lands for the Mongols. He tried Japan and Vietnam which were resulted in heavy losses and managed to conquer the Burmese city of Pagan and ended the empire for good. But as good as it was, after Kublai's death the Yuan Dynasty was overthrown by the Ming dynasty. The empire was the largest in Asian History. Slowly all around Mongolia. Tribes and Hordes gathered. The wars were bloodier. And out of the Steppes appeared Tamerlane. Tamerlane was half Turkish and half Mongol. He claimed ancestry for the great Genghis Khan. He also followed in the footsteps of his so-called ancestor. He managed to expand the empire to its limit. He maximized the empire greatly. He conquered Russia first and destroyed the army. He quickly swept into Persia and also managed to defeat their army. Mainly because they were Muslims. Also he invaded Turkey where he conquered the city of Ankara. He defeated a Mameluke army in Syria. He invaded and sacked Delhi, India and killed 100,000 inhabitants. Suddenly after heading for China he died. His death was the end of the GREAT Mongol empire. It was probably the largest empire the world has ever seen. It stretched from China all the way to the Middle East and Europe.
