Click on Tools>>internet options
Then click on Content tab
Under Content Advisor section click the enable button.
Then click on Approved Sites tab
Enter the URL of the website which you want to block and click Never.
There will be a red minus sign before the website's URL you entered.
Then click OK button.
Then Enter the password to password protect that website you have blocked
Then click OK.
That's Done!!
When you browse the website it will ask for password and without the password you won't be able to access the website which was blocked by you.
