I have gotten rid of stage fright by learning to like it. I have enjoyed doing plays, singing, and band on stage when I was 10. Another way is to not think of the people that are staring at me. If you make a mistake I have learned to play along like I have done something right.
I just think that if you look confident, people will be more jelous of you. It encourages me to not care about what i will look like :-)
