Women were treated in Sparta very well compared to its neighboring sisters of Athens. They allowed much more freedom and dominated society even when men were at war.
Women and slaves were treated unfairly because they were not allowed to be citizens, vote, and did not have any rights.there were no slaves in Sparta, and the women were treated with dignity.

they weren't treated with respect
Well in Sparta, women didnt have much rights but had more freedom than women in Athens so you can say Sparta
For one, women were treated very badly. If you were a boy and you lived in Sparta then you had to be beaten and fast alot.
In Athens women had no rights. In Sparta women had lots of rights
Not good
Little is known about how women were treated in Sparta, but girls were raised similarly to boys, with an emphasis put on physical strength and ability. Woman were in charge of the home and children since men were often away at war.
Sparta women lived freely while athen women couldn't even leave the house.
I believe it was Sparta that did not have women participate in public life.
Women were not more important then men were in Sparta and Athens. Men just had a lot of pride in the selfs and thought that the woman should not be treated as well. They just plain had to much pride in themselfs.
It depends what part of Greece you are talking about. In Sparta, the citizens only believed in war and making the army stronger. In Athens, they cared about democracy, and the voice of the people. But women in Sparta were treated better than in Athens.
