Like anyone else: by the grace (free gift) of God. Salvation is possible when our sins are forgiven, which is why Jesus came to die for our sins, in our place. If some Anglicans give you another answer (saved by good works, baptism, taking communion, or whatever) then they have totally missed the point of the whole Bible.
