The vehicle will wander.
You can't handle a rabbit too much, but if you shake it too much you can cause brain damage and that will cause it to die or be mentally retarded.
Leaving too much toe/removing too much heel
It means that your backpack or bag is heavy. It is also a metaphor. Example? You have too much homework and extra credit than you can handle, so you have too much weight on your back. You have more than you can, in reality, handle.

Somewhat, if the ozone layer dissipates too much there will be too many UV rays for us to handle. For now, we can handle it even though it might be difficult for the people who like winter! You have to strap it to the other toe and try not to put too much weight on it. I dislocated my little toe by walking into a box which bent it into a right angle. It looked worse than it was. You need to strap it and wear sensible shoes such as trainers for walking around. My toe hasn't looked the same ever since.
Too much of something-more than a person/something can handle.
