Earth spinning around the sun, the sun in turn spinning around the milky ways spiral arm which contains it.
only from earth because of the sun's reflection
Earth looks like a sphere - a round ball.

It is the SOLAR SYSTEM where the Earth is part of it( A Solar System Consists of Planets, Moon, Stars like SUN, Asteroids, Meteors, Comets and sometimes Black Hole).Above the surface of the Milky Way, Millions and Billions of Cluster of Stars are Scattered around it. A Cluster of Stars are made up of Looking-Young Stars but, They are actually old since the Milky Way was formed around 12 Billion Yrs. old.
The Milky Way is the name of he galaxy that "we" are in. Another way of saying it, would be that the Milky Way is the name of the galaxy that the Earth resides in. Please understand that there are many galaxies in the universe, not just one. When we look up into the sky, we can see a band of stars known as the Milky Way. That is really nothing more than us looking out from our galaxy through the thickest part of star concentration, through our own galaxy.
when its summer on earth it doesn't look like nothing but the sun goes hotter and its coming closer to earth.

We can not take a photo of the Milky Way as if we were at some distance from it. However we do know that the Milky Way is a Bard Spiral Galaxy with, we believe, 4 distinct spiral arms. This information enables artists to depict what the Milky Way would look like form a distance but these depictions are not photographs. Some good photographs of how the Milky Way looks from Earth are linked to below.
