the development, will create more jobs, because the resort will need a labour supply, this will bring more money into the area as more people will be working and less tax will need to be spent on the unemployed. the development will also result in the multiplier effect (which means that one industry will attract others), as such industries which support the resort, will start to develop. this will results in even more jobs, and increase the disposable income of families and individuals, this money would then be spent on local services. # which in turn will cause an increase in these services and the need for more jobs. as this continues more tax will be in the area, and so services like medical care and education will improve (thus improving the standard of living)
