Using water will affect aquatic life in many ways. the deep sea or deep lake animals will die because of the short distance from the surface. For animals that can swim, but need to breath clean air, thus will be an advantage. They can go to the deepest point of the water to prey on a tasty treat and come back to the surface without trouble. Using water will also affect the water quality because we will use the clean top water and leave only the dirty deep water that is filed with sand.
