unitary theorists does not appreciate employee trade unions. they believe that loyality should be to the employer rather than the trade union. What do you think about this statement.
I appreciate you for helping me. OR I appreciate your help.
appreciate
First I would praise the employee for the things that they do that deserve recognition and then I would comment on what they need to improve on and what I expect of them in the near future. I would also suggest that perhaps they ask for more training if the employee feels it would give them the boost they need. I think that every evaluation should comment on something that the employee is doing well and let that person know that you appreciate that quality in them. If an employee is told they are doing something well they will want to work harder to improve. And very few people do everything wrong. B. A. Gore
No. Since "circumspect" is an adjective, "I appreciate your circumspect" is about as grammatically correct as "I appreciate your clean". Saying "I appreciate your circumspect behavior" is correct, similar to "I appreciate your clean appearance".

Two, four, six, eight, who do we appreciate?
I would call that person slightly off. I mean I appreciate it but I'm not god or the devil. I'm a full time employee. Worshiping me would be like asking your supervisor for a raise at work.
