Probably no different that it is now really. If Germany had been winning against France and Britain following the withdrawl of Russia America would have likely not entered at all. It is seriously doubtful that Germany could have taken both France and Britain without taking serious losses both in manpower and financial, it would be impossible for it to go on the offensive against American nor would it perticularly have sought to.
But supposing they had real aggressive intentions, they would have continued to push Mexico into declaring war on the US and then began shipping their troops into Mexico to reinforce their new ally. But this is not a tactic that I would see defeating America in this time period, I just don't think Germany would having taken the war to North America beyond anything but shipping harassment.
