The best way to gain weight easily is to eat fatty and high calorie foods right before you go to bed. Another way is to eat an excess of fatty and high calorie foods.
Also, add in a high amount of carbs and protein and have little or no exercise done. It doesn't mean you have to do absolutely nothing though. If you have a high Metabolism you may want to eat a large amount of food at the start and avoid snacking (eating small or normal amounts in between meals) while doing nothing for it should slow it down faster. Also, skipping breakfast is a good idea then a late lunch and an early dinner (early dinner isn't necessary) and then a meal before bed.
