A hand written letter is so impressive to a woman because it shows effort, thought and that you cared enough about her to write her a letter to tell her how wonderful she is. I don't care who you are every female loves to be showered with compliments on what she means to you and how wonderful she is and makes you feel. I say go for it and write her the letter. If you two don't know each other too well do not come one too strong but be bold. Females love bold males and the ones willing to be vulnerable and open their hearts and let a woman in!!
