As pretty as this all sounds, mostly frequent diarrhea with blood and mucous, along with cramping. There may be others, but I don't recall, I'd say the one I gave would be the most obvious. You'd have to go to the doctor and they'd probably order blood tests to make sure it's not something else; if those didn't say much, they'd want you to get a colonoscopy with biopsies.
