Try drinking lots of water. It can keep you full. Then do a lot of exercise, but not to much. Try swimming, running, biking, and even easy things like walking and trampolines.

Oh my lord you cant the average weight for a preteen is 80-100 lbs. Why would you want to lose THAT much weight. I'm mean honestly you shouldn't worry about losing weight you should only worry about eating healthy and exercising. I'm 11 and I just do a quick ten minute workout everyday, eat only one sugary thing a day, swim (laps) and go running. I'm in really great shape and I'm 100 lbs not a big deal I'm kind of tall and I have lots of muscle. Remember muscle is weighs more than fat.
