Great question. Normally on resumes you would state your work history, education, etc. In this case, depending on what you're applying for, you can right down basic skills that you have. I see you posted a question, so you must have some computer skills. Are you handy around the house, write that as a skill as well. Have you volunteered in community organization, you work well with others, put that. Have you been awarded scholarships or been recognized for your work, put that as well. All a resume does it give a company a profile of your accomplishments and how you can be of benefit to them. During the interview let them know you had not formally worked for a company, but these are the skills you have and this is how you can be of help to them.

Your application would include references from a person you have done tasks for, such as babysitting, car washing etc. You could also ask a teacher for a reference. Ask the person before you put them on your resume.

List other skills you have that might be helpful in the job you are applying for--computer skills, people skills (if you have used these at church, there is no need to put the church name on the application).

Just do the best you can. Dress neatly, act with courtesy, and smile. We've all been there.

All depends on what sort of job you're applying for. For instance, if you're young and applying for McDonald's; don't worry about it. As long as you have some extra curricular activities. Although don't expect to get a full-time job above minimum wage without any experience.
