If earth rotated twice, will bring change in centrifugal force, the pulling power of gravity will be reduced the upper layer of atmosphere will go away in outer space.
Day and night will be reduced to 6 hours each, un even heating of 6 hours radiation on day hemisphere will be insufficient for heating the shallow atmosphere, and ocean water.
The atmosphere will also rotate with increased speed , but global winds are not caused by speed of rotation of the earth. On the contrary global winds will be reduced.
The working hours will be reduced as morning 2 hours, noon 2hrs and evening 2 hours only.
