Parkour is a great sport that keeps you fit and healthy. Although you wouldn't believe this if you saw a traceur practising, but parkour is one of the safest sports WHEN DONE CORRECTLY. Although often depicted by media as 'an adreniline rush' and 'daredevil teenagers defying authority' parkour has a deep and meaningful philosophy. It is easy to learn parkour if you have courage, a good spirit, fitness and lots of support.

Just a lot of practice. I know some sponsored professional free runners who taught themselves everything. But if you would rather be taught you could learn gymnastics. Because gymnastics is very similar to Parkour. I go to an open gymnastics place where I can practice everything with mats and trampolines.

Parkour is a French word for method of movement focused on moving around obstacles with speed and efficiency. Parkour is also called Freerunnning. Parkour can be very easy if you set a goal to do it. All you have to do is set your mind to do it, find the right are, and go! Working out and building muscle is a key in freerunning. The first thing you should learn is the Dive Roll. Then the front handspring and/or the Kong Jump. OH! And learning how to hop a fence wuickly would be useful. Trust me... Im a freerunner myself.
