I would use the canned stuff for some of it. you can also use modeling putty for plastic models to make icicles & so forth & paint. There is also a substance called flocking for simulating carpet. It is a fine particle dust in all colors. You can use white for snow. Look online for a places that sell hobby supplies-especially the railroading area as they may have even more alternatives. You might even throw in a little glitter for a nice effect and clearcoat.
well snow is made by the one and only God so you can't make it and dust will wash away if there is water/snow/sleet/ice and so on

Wet, warm winds are referred to as "snow-eaters" as they can make one foot of snow vanish in one day. That can't be good for the ski industry....
The ratio is going to depend on the temperature in the part of the atmosphere where snow forms, not on the ground. 30 degrees would be tough to say because it could be a wet or a dryer snow. I would say it would be anywhere from 6-12 inches of snow, however.
get a kit or make one urself
That depends on what type of diorama you are making. For the general materials, you will need a base. You may also need to get terrain for your diorama. Using tissue paper and a twig, you can make trees, green felt for grass, etc. If your short on materials, then make the base out of cardboard. Using different layers of different shapes then you can make a hill for example, you would simply make a circle, then a smaller one, and so forth, then you tape them on top of each other. Then you could paper mache it to give it a smooth look. Many craft store also have a large supply of diorama items, such as trees, and bushes, and sometimes even people. But in short you will need; -glue -scissors -cardboard -a base -terrain -paint -and any extras you need depending on your diorama
People use boxes as a Diorama, because it is one of the most common types of a 3 Dimensional Figure in the world. A Diorama, is a Model, representing a Topic or a Theme. It could be Valentine's Day, Christmas, etc... A box, is a nice 3 Dimensional Figure, to lay or put in items for a Diorama. :)
There are a number of ways to make a project work about rare plants and animals in Nepal. One idea is to create a diorama.
A two stage snow blower will blow snow further. I would get let a 8 hp or longer to make sure it can handle the wetter snows.
To "make" a snow cat ninja, one simply needs to put their cat in the snow. Videos of owners and their snow cat ninjas can be found on the popular video hosting site YouTube.
about one foot of snow equals an inch of rain.
