According to the New York City Parks Department's official website (see the Related Link below), there is no park called Meadowland Park in Queens. Google searches also turn up nothing.
Perhaps you meant the New Jersey Meadowlands, aka the Hackensack Meadowlands, a region of wetlands in northeast New Jersey? Or the Meadowlands Sports Complex, also in New Jersey?
If so, then, the New York City subway system does not run to New Jersey.
Westchester is directly north of The Bronx. If you continue heading north in The Bronx, you will end up in Westchester. The Bronx is one of the five boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx and Staten Island). Westchester County is part of New York State, but NOT part of New York City. Westchester is upstate of New York City, but it is still very close to the southern tip of New York State. Nobody besides New York City residents would ever call Westchester "upstate."
Do you mean Boroughs? Manhattan, Queens, The Bronx, Brooklyn and Staten Island. To name all the communities, that is neighborhoods, would be quite a task.
The area of Bronx Zoo is 1,072,416.951936 square meters.

It depends on where in the Bronx you're coming from, and where in Manhattan you're going. The shortest travel time would be 5 minutes, if you're coming from the southernmost station in the Bronx, and going to the northernmost station in Manhattan. The longest travel time would be an hour and a half or an hour and forty minutes, if you're coming from 241st Street and going to Lower Manhattan. So the average travel time would be about 45 minutes.
I'm not American but in the UK we would certainly say 'the Bronx'.
If you are arrested in the Bronx but reside in Yonkers, you would typically be held in a facility within the Bronx, likely in a local precinct or the Bronx County Jail. Your case would be processed in the Bronx court system, as that is where the arrest occurred. However, if your charges are serious or you have additional legal considerations, you may potentially be moved to a different facility depending on the circumstances.
