It depends, State Farm will do that but they prefer to recruit students on college campuses before they graduate.
Most companies require that you already have a license before they hire you.
Although some states do require formal classroom courses, most states do not require that you go to school to get an insurance license. You just have to take and pass the licensing examination of that state.
