Under relativity, you cannot. From your reference frame you appear to be standing still but from another person's you might appear to be moving. According to Einstein, there is no way to tell who is correct, in part because neither is "correct". Both reference frames are equally valid. This is one of the most fundamental principles of special relativity (along with the fact that the speed of light is constant)
