Try contacting the post library, Barr (502) 624-5351. The head librarian might know if extra copies exist. You will need the name of the unit you graduated from. Hopefully it still exists, as they may have a copy.

Yes, there is a Basic Combat Training (BCT) school in Texas. The BCT program is conducted at Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri, Fort Jackson in South Carolina, and Fort Sill in Oklahoma. These are the three locations where the United States Army conducts its basic training for new recruits.

You need a specific unit - there are several BCT battalions at Fort Sill, each with their own address.
Sometimes you'll happen across them at military surplus stores, militaria auctions, and the like. If there's one you're looking for specifically, that could be a bit more difficult. It would actually be SMA Kidd (or SMA (ret) Kidd). While I'm unable to find anything which states specifically where he went through Basic Combat Training, he wears a Combat Infantryman's Badge, and all of his assignments listed below Division level refer to infantry units, which would indicate that he held an infantry MOS - in which case, he would have gone through his Basic at Fort Benning, Georgia.
