Yea theres that movie I think its called Cats and Dogs or just Dogs its quite a old movie.
The first cats and dogs movie was made July 4 2001. It is 11 years old! It came to theaters on the fourth of july! The second cats and dogs movie came out on July 2010. They both came out the same month. Except Cats and Dogs 2 the revenge of kitty galore came out to the show 9 years later and it was before or after the fourth of july. Cats and Dogs is avery good movie. It's about cats and dogs that are spys and fighting to be man's best friend. Some of the cats work for the dogs and are good in the second film. I think they should have a cats and dogs 3!
Dog and cats can't fly but they can jump high.
no, that is just an old wives tale. but they can be.
That old saying refers to a tornado in ancient Greece that picked up frogs and deposited them throughout the city.A Different AnswerThat phrase may refer to the streets of 17th-18th Century England where the runoff from a heavy rain would carry dead cats and dogs animals along the street. See the link provided below.
Raining Cats and DogsThe Origin is unknown - possible explanations are shown below: Most Popular theory holds that in old England, they had hay roofs on their houses and the cats and dogs would sleep on the roof. When it rained, the roofs got slippery and the cats and dogs would slide off of the roofs. Therefore, it was "Raining Cats and Dogs".Additional InputThe archaic French catdoupe is a waterfall or cataract and broken up could sound like 'cat/dog'Lightning and thunder sounds like that of a cat/dog fight"raining cats and dogs" came from the middle ages, when houses had thatched roofs. To keep warm lots of animals would hide in the roofs when it was raining and sometimes fell through the flimsy roofs on to the streets below.I do believe the idiom "Rain Cats and Dogs" stems from the Norse Mythology. Cats were believed to represent the wind and dogs represented rain. Different animals represented different weather and natural phenomenon. The sky dog Odin was attended to by wolves according to Norse Mythology. For the Idiom "Rain Cats and Dogs" I have heard one other explanation. In old England when people's cats and dogs died they would simply throw them into the gutter or alley with the garbage. If a strong enough rain came through it would flood the gutters and alleys to the point where all the dead cats and dogs would begin to float down the streets. Therefore very harsh rains were associated with cats and dogs.
Well it mostly depends on the breed of dog. Jack Russels get along with cats alot. Some dogs just like cats. Tip: Put your dog or cat in a create that they can see out of. Put the other outside the create. If they bark or snarl take them away for eachother. If they are comfortable that way try letting them both out of the create.
People don't eat cats... Correction: People do eat cats in several parts of the world. So If an old person was hungry enough then a cat would provide a nice meal. In the US cats and dogs are considered pets and its taboo to eat a pet,in other countries they are viewed as domestic livestock and eaten regulary..
Not a human, no. Dogs, cats, other things, sure; but not humans.
Yes indeed they are if both dogs are well socialized they will get along fine, A nine week old Australian cattle dog and a four year old husky are playing at my feet just now as I type this answer. If the question was more along the lines of breeding compatibility then the answer would depend on personal preference, and I would say yes probably would produce good looking dogs with ranging personalities.
Most cats and dogs will get along after they've been around each other for a while. You'll just have to introduce them slowly and make sure you stay close in case something happens. My family has had cats and dogs at the same time my entire life and we haven't had any problems. It might take a little time but they should get used to each other after a while and things will work out.
