When my dad played football in high school they made him run miles in 6 minutes or less(and he was a bad long distance runner like me!!!) So he would run for more than mile (sometimes two or even three!) a day. He kept doing this and found out that then he could run just one mile faster than he could before the training.
run.
Improving your mile time takes lots of practice and perseverance. A 6:15 to 6:40 mile time is a good starting point, continue to practice on various tracks and you will surely improve.
Practice practice practice. The more and longer you run, the better your 5k time will be.
in your opinion, would hispanization improve the philippines during this time?
One mile=1760yds1600 mtr=1750yds......about 4min 42sec.If you are under 16YO. that's not too bad, you still have some years to improve. If you are over 18YO.don't give up your day job, just have fun.
5:48 is definitely above average for a mile time. An average mile time would be anywhere from 7-8 minutes.
The main key is to keep practicing your running. Make sure you are breathing right.
There are roughly 1600 meters in a miles, so your 1500 meter time multiplied by 1600/1500, or 16/15, would give you a mile time. For example, a 6:00 1500 time would be a 6:24 mile.
It would depend on how fast you were travelling. For a set speed, one mile on the moon would take the same time as one mile on Earth.

Typically most running tracks would be 1/4 of a mile, 4 laps being mile.
a good time would be 30 minutes. so that means you would have to run every mile in 6 minutes. so 30 minutes is a decent time. 30+ would be an ok time. 35+ a normal time. 40+ a bad time.
